Amanda Edwards revels in the excitement of someone purchasing a home, calling it the 'American dream.'
Before moving to the area full-time in 2017, Amanda worked in a variety of cities and industries, including stints in design in New York City and home staging in Atlanta. She earned a degree in business from Aquinas College in Nashville. She vacationed in the Panhandle for holidays and long weekends before relocating with her son, Tripp. She said she always envisioned a life near the beach.
Amanda works with first-time and vacation home buyers, as well as real estate investors, all along 30A. Her exposure to both small and large markets across the country has made her comfortable networking with people from all walks of life, whether a top executive or someone who grew up on a farm as she did. She points to her honesty, sincerity, authenticity and ingenuity as traits that benefit her clients. She actively tries to assist in coordinating her clients’ out-of-town moves, something she herself knows a thing or two about.
In her free time, Amanda helps out at her son’s school, and works on the HOA for her neighborhood of NatureWalk. You might find her paddle boarding or riding bikes with her son along one of 30A’s many nature trails. She loves classics like 'The Great Gatsby' and 'The Way We Were' and enjoys karaoke.
