The New York Post reports that a luxurious Gulf-front mansion in the Florida Panhandle sold for a record-breaking $41 million, marking the highest residential transaction in the region’s history. The property — located in the prestigious Paradise by the Sea community along Scenic Highway 30A — spans 0.7 acres with 180 feet of private Gulf frontage and includes approximately 9,000 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and upscale amenities. The previous Panhandle record of $28.5 million was set just one year earlier in 2024.

The buyers, Ryan and Ashley Templeton of Templeton Development LLC, plan to redevelop the property, including demolishing the existing home and building new residences on the site. This sale reflects the growing strength and demand in the luxury real estate market along Florida’s Emerald Coast.
