Elizabeth Wells works alongside her mother, Carrie Shoaf, and is a member of the Dahler & Co team as a global real estate advisor at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty. Starting her career at age 14 in the family restaurant and luxury hospitality industries, Elizabeth spent 17 years working in some ofthe finest restaurants and hotels in the country. She was part of the opening team at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach in 2013, serving as the general manager of the Havana Beach Grill. In 2015, she relocated to Napa Valley, California to work in a three-star Michelin restaurant—one of only 14 in the United States. After three years, she joined a family-owned restaurant group in Napa Valley as a district manager.

Elizabeth grew up with a father in the hotel and restaurant business and a mother with more than two decades as a top producer for Sotheby’s International Realty. Her passion to serve others started at a young age, and she made the decision to bring the high-level standards, attention to detail, and client-first mindset she developed in luxury hospitality into a career in real estate—returning home to the beaches of northwest Florida.

In 2024, Elizabeth was recognized with the Extraordinary Award, an honor given to agents who achieve $25 million+ in annual sales volume.
