With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, she works closely alongside Brad Dahler to lead the vision, operations, and client experience of the Dahler & Co. team.

April and Brad share a highly aligned leadership partnership rooted in trust, communication, and a shared standard of excellence. Brad brings market expertise, strategy, and negotiation to the forefront, while April ensures every detail behind the scenes is executed with care, intention, and consistency. Whitley moved to the Emerald Coast four years ago and quickly immersed herself in the industry. She began her career as a Transaction Coordinator, where she developed a deep understanding of contracts, timelines, and the behind-the-scenes precision required to bring deals to the finish line. That foundation continues to inform her work today, allowing her to approach each listing with both creativity and operational insight.

A licensed Realtor with a photographer’s eye, Whitley also owns her own photography business, giving her a unique advantage when it comes to visual storytelling, branding, and marketing strategy. Her natural instinct for composition, design, and detail plays a key role in shaping how Dahler & Co.’s listings are presented across digital and print platforms.

Known as a “five-tool player” on the team, Whitley contributes across multiple facets of the business, from listing preparation and brand strategy to social media execution and creative direction. Her ability to blend artistry with strategy ensures each property is positioned thoughtfully and showcased at the highest level.

Mattie Chodak

Mattison (Mattie) Chodak is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. Born and raised in East Tennessee, Mattie has been visiting Florida’s 30A area since grade school and knew early on that it was a place she wanted to call home.

She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, a background that supports her passion for building strong, meaningful relationships. A natural people person, Mattie thrives in the real estate industry and values the connections that come from helping clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

Known for her approachable personality, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, Mattie is committed to creating a positive, seamless experience for every client.

Outside of work, Mattie enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with her dog, Murphy, often taking advantage of the coastal lifestyle she’s loved for years.

Taylor Romberg is a proud native of Huntsville, Alabama who has called Santa Rosa Beach home since 2015. She graduated in 2017 from University of Alabama with a degree in Restaurant Hospitality Management, concentrating in Event Planning. Her strong foundation in organization, client service, and event coordination laid the groundwork for a career built on attention to detail and seamless execution.

Taylor began her professional journey with Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, where she spent seven years honing her skills in hospitality and operations prior to 2020. Ready for a new challenge, she transitioned into the legal field with Rushing Law Firm. Through dedication and leadership, she worked her way up to become the Office Closing Coordinator Manager, a role she truly enjoyed. In this position, she managed complex transactions, coordinated moving parts, and ensured every closing was handled efficiently and professionally.

After the birth of her first daughter, Taylor chose to step away from her career to focus on her growing family, which now includes her husband and two girls under the age of two. With that special season of life behind her, she is excited to return to the workforce as the Transaction Coordinator for Dahler & Co.. Taylor brings with her a passion for organization, a heart for service, and enthusiasm for supporting both clients and her team as she embarks on this new chapter.

Originally hailing from Minneapolis, Sheila and her family fell in love with the 30A corridor during a vacation in early 2020, prompting them to make the Emerald Coast their new home later that year.

With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a background in sales and marketing, Sheila seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry, where she now assists with inside sales and client concierge services. Her extensive experience in sales and business development has equipped her with strong communication skills and a knack for building meaningful connections with clients.

Sheila’s firsthand experience as a recent transplant to the area, coupled with her expertise in the local luxury property rental investment market, uniquely positions her to understand and address the needs of homebuyers and sellers alike. Known for her honesty, transparency, and diligence, Sheila approaches her work with integrity and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations. Whether clients are seeking a second home or exploring investment opportunities, Sheila offers valuable insights and guidance every step of the way.
