Initially introduced to the area through family vacations, Ashley and her husband Jonathan, a native of the area, relocated to 30A in August 2020 to be closer to family. This move marked a pivotal change not only in her personal life but also in her professional career.
Educated at the University of Colorado Boulder, Ashley spent eight years honing her skills as a critical care nurse. This role imbued her with a unique blend of empathy, precision and the ability to thrive under pressure. These skills proved invaluable as she transitioned into the real estate industry in 2021, a field she was drawn to from a young age. Inspired by her grandfather, who built a substantial real estate portfolio, Ashley grew up understanding the tangible and intangible benefits of real estate investment and management.
Ashley utilizes her extensive knowledge and market expertise to advocate for and guide her clients through one of the most significant transactions of their lives. Her approach goes beyond mere transactions; she strives to build lasting relationships, understanding her clients not just as buyers or sellers but as people with unique stories and dreams. She lives a fulfilled life with her husband, a doctor, and their two children, Caroline and Beau, embracing the joys of a simple, beachside lifestyle.
