Originally hailing from Minneapolis, Sheila and her family fell in love with the 30A corridor during a vacation in early 2020, prompting them to make the Emerald Coast their new home later that year.

With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a background in sales and marketing, Sheila seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry, where she now assists with inside sales and client concierge services. Her extensive experience in sales and business development has equipped her with strong communication skills and a knack for building meaningful connections with clients.

Sheila’s firsthand experience as a recent transplant to the area, coupled with her expertise in the local luxury property rental investment market, uniquely positions her to understand and address the needs of homebuyers and sellers alike. Outside of her professional endeavors, Sheila actively participates in local community events and enjoys outdoor activities year-round, whether it’s soaking up the sun at the beach, engaging in a game of pickleball or tennis, or embarking on off-road mountain biking adventures. Alongside her husband Jim, Sheila cherishes time spent with their three children, close family and friends, and their canine companions, Lulu and Finnley.
