Originally from Louisiana, Walker Lee has been visiting the Emerald Coast since the age of four and made the move permanent when he relocated from Aspen in 2022. Having always wanted to call 30A home, he acted quickly when the opportunity arose. Today, Walker represents buyers and sellers along some of the most beautiful beaches in the country as a member of Dahler & Co. at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty.

A University of Arkansas graduate, Walker has been “obsessed” with real estate and architecture since he was young. He primarily focuses his business in WaterColor, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach, where he is known for his people-first approach, attention to detail, and strong understanding of both lifestyle and investment-focused real estate.

Outside of real estate, Walker enjoys golf, hunting, and snow skiing. He feels incredibly fortunate to build a career around the coastal lifestyle he loves and takes pride in helping others find their own place along the beach he’s always dreamed of calling home.
