Kaiya Beach Resort began as one of the last remaining undeveloped parcels of land on the beautiful Highway 30A in the Florida Panhandle. The founders, Jason Romair and John Pinkerton, set out to transform those beautiful 28-acres into a place where people could be carefree and cared for. They did this with the experience and expertise that comes from over two decades of crafting luxury homes along 30A, and the understanding that comes with neighbors to the residents of Northwest Florida.
 
As Jason Romair said when the plans for Kaiya were first announced, there was a lot of interest right from the start thanks to the resort’s private beach access, proximity to golf courses, and design that balanced lush land and modern convenience. “We consider it an honor to build a community along 30A, and feel the responsibility to choose the best partners to create a unique, beautiful community”, he said.
 
Kaiya Beach Resort’s home sales launched in June 2018 after ground construction and roadway improvement began in 2017. The resort sold out of its initial villa offerings during the release day, showing just how in-demand this luxury community and its real estate is. Half of the next release was already reserved by July 2018.
